Sales Managers – Retail (3 Open Positions)
New York Energy, Inc. is seeking experienced sales professionals for positions
located throughout Upstate and Western New York. These positions may reside in
any of the metro or surrounding areas of Albany, Binghamton, Buffalo, Syracuse,
Utica, or Rochester. All positions report to the Vice President of Marketing.
As a sales manager you will be primarily responsible for acquiring new natural
gas and electricity retail business within the Large Commercial and Industrial

Major Responsibilities

Prospect, Present and Close retail energy transactions to retail end use
customers.

Develop key customer relationships with large volume facilities, aggregation
groups and strategic partners.

Present sales materials with the highest level of ethical standards.

Prepare Energy Analysis, Forecasts and Savings Projections.

Understand and explain utility tariffs and retail access programs.

Communicate effectively with customers and the sales team.

Prepare retail contracts and pricing addendums.

Monitor and Study, Energy Markets, Industry Trends, and Competitor behavior.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Bachelor’s Degree.
-
Prior energy sales or sales of other products to Commercial or Industrial customers.

Energy industry experience is a plus.

Aggressive, energetic and highly motivated to succeed.

the following areas: Pricing, Tariff Analysis, Forecasting, Credit, Risk
Management, Finance, Billing, Power and Gas Supply, ISO Operations (NYISO, PJM,
